Captura Críptica
 

Captura Críptica is a biannual law journal (from 2023) maintained by students and former students of the Undergraduate and Postgraduate Law Courses of the Federal University of Santa Catarina (PPGD-UFSC).

Objectives
 

The objective of Captura Críptica is to encourage, promote and disseminate, to the community in general, scientific and artistic productions that dialogue with law, politics, society or current issues analyzed through a critical perspective.

Who can publish in the journal?

Anyone can publish in the journal, regardless of the area of education or academic qualification. It is essential that the scientific or artistic work concerns the topics of law, politics, critical theories or current social issues, besides being consistent with our editorial line.

Editorial line
 

Captura Críptica privileges unpublished works that, from critical perspectives, are oriented towards the reflections of institutional problems of law and politics, as well as the promotion of social causes and struggles.

The Captura Críptica Journal is pleased to publish the second issue of 2023 (Vol. 12, No. 2), which has the Dossier "Socio-criminal control, its militarization and repression of social, popular and rural movements", organized by Bruna Martins Costa (MDH/UnB/UFT), Felipe de Araújo Chersoni (UNESC/IPDMS), Leonardo Evaristo Teixeira (UFRJ/IPDMS), and Marília de Nardin Budó (UFSC).

This edition presents submissions to the dossier, entries, anda reviews, as well as photographs in the Captura Críptica section, all linked to discussions on socio-criminal control and social movements.
