Abstract

This article presents the teaching-learning experience developed in the Systemic Design course within the Graphic Design program at the Federal University of Paraná. Its aim is to showcase the course's methodological construction and foster reflections on training designers capable of collaborating with governance models that overcome the unsustainability of the status quo. Co-authored with students who participated in this process, the text also seeks to evaluate the course's dialogical structure, the breadth of concepts addressed, and the effectiveness of learning through active methodologies in partnership with governmental agents. The methodological approach combined the use of Gigamapping for complex system mapping, technical visits to public institutions, and the collective construction of a glossary aimed at mediating exogenous interdisciplinary technical terms. This was complemented by thematic seminars conducted by the students themselves, focusing on conceptual deepening and the critical application of the content covered throughout the course

    Priscilla Lepre é professora do Departamento de Design da UFPR, onde atua também como Líder do Grupo de Pesquisa DOCAS - Design Olfativo, Cultura Alimentar e Sentidos, Vice-Líder do Núcleo de Design e Sustentabilidade e Coordenadora do DOCAS.Lab, promovendo a indissociabilidade de ensino, pesquisa em extensão com foco na construção de estruturas teórico-metodológicas para o ensino e práxis do Design Olfativo, Design para a Cultura Alimentar, Design Sistêmico e Sustentabilidade. É Doutora em Design pela UFPE e PDSE CAPES de 15 meses no Politecnico di Torino - PoliTO- Itália, Mestre em Design pela UFPR (Bolsa CAPES), Bacharel em Desenho Industrial pela PUC|PR, Licenciada em Educação Artística - habilitação em Artes Plásticas, pela FAP e Técnica em Desenho Industrial pelo CEFET|PR (UTFPR). É professora do magistério surperior federal desde 2013 e membro de redes nacionais e internacionais, com destaque para a LeNSIn- Learning Network on Sustainability International, coordenada pelo Prof. Carlo Vezzoli, do Instituto Politecnico di Milano - POLIMI, LENS BR e OBSERVATÓRIO BRASILEIRO DE FOOD DESIGN, que objetiva a reunião de saberes e práticas sobre a cultura alimentar brasileira contemporânea, bem como sua informação, disseminação, proteção e inovação.

    Sou estudante de graduação em Design Gráfico na Universidade Federal do Paraná (UFPR), atualmente cursando o oitavo semestre. Anteriormente, concluí o Ensino Médio Integrado ao Curso Técnico em Informática no Instituto Federal do Paraná (IFPR). Minha formação acadêmica combina tecnologia e design, despertando meu interesse por comunicação visual, mídias digitais e abordagens interdisciplinares para a resolução criativa de problemas.
