MENTAL MODELS AND ORGANIZATIONAL ROUTINS: A DISCUSSION ON ABSORPTIVE CAPACITY AND SUSTAINABILITY

Resumen

Este documento forma parte de una tesis doctoral defendida en 2022, formando parte de la discusión teórica sobre la Capacidad de Absorción y el Desempeño Sostenible de las organizaciones y sus relaciones.
Objetivo - A partir del modelo de Capacidad de Lane et al (2006), discutir cuestiones planteadas por autores como: "¿qué rutinas organizacionales permiten la adquisición de conocimiento verde externo?" o "¿qué modelos mentales permiten la adquisición de conocimiento verde en las organizaciones?".
Metodología - Análisis de contenido, a partir de artículos indexados en SCOPUS y WEB of SCIENCE utilizando el software AtlasTi como herramienta de apoyo y análisis.
Resultados - El análisis en profundidad de los textos y la discusión teórica condujeron a la creación de dos hipótesis sobre la relación entre los modelos mentales sostenibles (SMM) y las rutinas organizativas (OR) como impulsores de la capacidad de absorción verde y el desempeño sostenible de las organizaciones, que serán puestas a prueba.
