The technological developments that marked the four major Industrial Revolutions allowed humans to exponentially increase the production of products of various kinds. This, however, necessitated stimulating greater consumption, consequently increasing waste generation. One of the most wasted materials is glass, which, despite properties that allow for countless recycling attempts, faces logistical challenges and requires complex procedures for its industrial recovery. Using the glass kiln casting process and obtaining volumetric models, this work aims to analyze the aesthetic potential of recycled glass from the casting of post-consumer cullet, considering the resulting color and texture variations as attributes that enhance the material's value. The experimental procedures resulted in four volumetric modules that presented distinct characteristics suitable for implementation in architectural projects by altering the parameters of the thermal cycles. The research concluded that it is possible to recover glass waste using simpler processes when the resulting glass pieces are used in projects where aesthetic uniqueness is a value-adding attribute.
