Resumo

Abstract

By investigating the possible relationships between Design and the food culture of small Brazilian communities, it was concluded that this is a field of high systemic complexity, great epistemological scope and multi- and trans-dimensional impacts that must be urgently addressed by Design, in order to avoid, among others, property and socio-biodiversity losses.
