BIM COMO SUPORTE À AVALIAÇÃO DO CICLO DE VIDA DE EDIFÍCIOS: UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA

Resumo

A demanda por construções mais sustentáveis tem apresentado um crescimento a partir do avanço tecnológico
de alternativas que minimizam os impactos das edificações. Porém, a avaliação do ciclo de vida dos empreendimentos ainda carece de desenvolvimento de tecnologias de levantamento e análise de dados primários. Diante do exposto, o presente artigo tem como objetivo, identificar o potencial uso da ferramenta BIM para apoiar na avaliação ambiental de edificações. Por meio da metodologia de revisão sistemática de literatura, foram analisados 30 artigos, publicados entre 2017 e 2021, baseados em questões de pesquisa e critérios de inclusão e exclusão. Como resultados, se identificou que o foco das pesquisas é facilitar os processos de avaliação ambiental integrando bancos de dados e modelos BIM. Verificou-se, que as pesquisas apresentam dificuldades na seleção de
softwares e bancos de dados. Foi possível identificar também que, a qualidade dos dados obtidos para a avaliação do ciclo de vida está ligada às fontes de dados ambientais, sendo sugerido o maior envolvimento de fornecedores no processo. Com tudo, foi possível concluir que a evolução do processo deve levar em conta os resultados das análises a considerar na gestão de ativos, demolição,
reconstrução e reciclagem, temas poucos explorados.
