A3 Case - Divergence between Planned X Executed (PCP) in a graphic industry
AbstractThe team involved in the project identified opportunities for improvement in the planning and control of the production of the rotary chart (machine responsible for about 90% of the factory's production). In the period from July 2017 to December 2017, it was observed that 49% of the activities developed by the rotational machine were not planned.
