A QUESTÃO AMBIENTAL ADMINISTRADA PELOS MUNICÍPIOS - UM ENVOLVIMENTO COM A ÁREA RURAL E O CADASTRO URBANO

Resumo

This study aims at presenting a programme in which the municipal districts could possibly improve the living standards of their populations by divulging and popularizing the everyday cares with environmental issues. In order to do that, the municipal districts decrease the taxes of those who take the issue seriously. As there is no municipal taxes in the rural area, the involvement of the producers is made sure by devising a scoring table for their ecological acts where, depending on their number of scores, they can be rewarded with infra-structure services offered by the town hall.
