Interseccionalidade e resistência:
Mulheres latino-americanas e caribenhas na desconstrução de poderes coloniais e patriarcais
Abstract
This collection, linked to the Postgraduate Program in Latin American Integration (PROLAM/USP), analyzes the dynamics of oppression and resistance of Latin American and Caribbean women through intersectional and decolonial perspectives. Articulating eight chapters, the work examines patriarchal, colonial and capitalist structures, highlighting strategies of resilience in rural, urban, prison and political contexts. Methodologically diverse - encompassing oral history, public policy analysis and cultural studies - the collection builds a “kaleidoscope” of marginalized voices, including quilombola women, peasants, political prisoners and immigrants.
