Antoine de Saint-Exupéry and Campeche: the legitimation of a history without written registers

Abstract

This article aims to tackle the history of the presence of the aviator and writer Antoine de Saint-Exupéry in the neighborhood Campeche, Florianópolis, and his friendship with "Seu Deca", local resident at the time of the former airfield Company's General Aeropostal that was in place in the 1920s and 1930s. Analyze oral interviews conducted with people who lived in this context, together with the contribution of more current bibliographies on the topic that have important contradictions that will be studied here.
