The impact and preparation from the 1964 Military Coup on Criciúma

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the impact of the civil military coup of 1964 in the town of Crickhowell, Santa Catarina. First trying to analyze how the Journal Tribune Criciumense noticiava the government of João Goulart and subsequent coup, and class relations class of miners and mining company in the city. Analyzing the situation of Crickhowell in the 1960s, I seek to understand how the civil military coup in federal interfered and shook the dynamics of relationships in the town of Crickhowell.
