Over the years the themes of lean manufacturing, ergonomics and safety have been studied and integrated to improve processes, but often human resources are forgotten. However, this research aims to verify how these themes are being employed together. Based on this, this article aims to analyze the qualified literature studies relating to such issues. To develop work used the theoretical and conceptual method through a systematic literature review. With regard to the procedures and techniques used, it is a literature search, which uses technology to identification, selection and indexing of scientific articles of the portfolio using the Software Endnote Basic. Initially, they collected 66 articles, but after a brief interpretation resulted 21 articles that were part of the research portfolio. With the achievement of the work, it was noted that often the ergonomics and safety are the background, as companies seek productivity and profit.
