Gestão antecipada e gestão de projeto: um estudo de caso na indústria de embalagens no Brasil

A motivação para a Organização investir em novos equipamentos é essencial para agregar recursos estratégicos na redução dos custos com manutenção, refugo, mão-de-obra, inovar a carteira de portfólio e aumentar a participação no mercado com novos produtos mais competitivos. O objetivo deste artigo é propor alternativas de melhoria para sanear o alto índice de falhas encontradas em projeto de aquisição de máquinas de fabricação de sacos multifoliados. Desta forma, a Organização potencializa o controle total na gestão antecipada de equipamento, propondo técnicas de planejamento, na implantação, na execução e no monitoramento e controle atendendo ao objetivo proposto do projeto para iniciar a ramp-up (partida) do equipamento de forma eficiente. Utilizando-se da metodologia especifica para estudo de caso com a finalidade de coletar, analisar e apresentar dados coerentes que permitem ao pesquisador enxergar de forma sistêmica e significativa, as reais situações dos eventos.
