Este trabalho tem como objetivo mostrar a aplicação de uma das ferramentas que constituem os principais blocos construtores dos principais sistemas de produção enxutos, o 5S. O trabalho traz uma aplicação real da implantação da metodologia 5S em uma fábrica do Estado do Rio de Janeiro e como principais resultados podem ser citados a massificação da cultura de melhoria contínua, além da melhoria da organização do ambiente de trabalho colocando a empresa em questão definitivamente no caminho da melhoria contínua.References
