Determinação de métricas e mapeamento de riscos para a análise de cadeias de suprimentos enxutas

Considerado fundamental para o controle e a manutenção dos negócios, as métricas de risco respondem pela dimensão mínima do investimento, bem como pela percepção da performance das operações. A correta determinação do que deve ser analisado torna-se fundamental na administração de cadeias de suprimentos, nas tomadas de decisão e em especial na formulação de medidas mitigadoras. No estudo, foi realizada uma pesquisa através de uma revisão bibliográfica, visando extrair os principais elementos, variáveis e parâmetros que compõem as funções analíticas de gestão, assim como uma primeira abordagem de mapeamento de riscos em cadeias de suprimentos baseado em processos - chave. Como principais resultados da pesquisa podem ser citados, a criação de uma proposta de mapeamento de riscos baseada nos processos do GSCF (Global Supply Chain Forum) que servem para evidenciar os riscos inerentes a sistemas produtivos e cadeias de suprimentos enxutas.References
