A dependência como causa contra-arrestante permanente da queda da taxa de lucro: um estudo a partir de Marx e da Teoria Marxista da Dependência

Abstract

In this article, we defend the thesis that dependency is a permanent counter-arrestant cause of the fall in the rate of profit, which compensates for capital losses in central countries, and that this relationship impacts Brazil's underdevelopment. We will start from the Marxist Dependency Theory, taking as a basis the works of Andre Gunder Frank and Ruy Mauro Marini, their construction of the laws of tendency and the accumulation process in dependent capitalist countries, as well as Marx's work regarding the counter-arrestant causes of the fall in the rate of profit. The objective is to demonstrate that one of the reasons why capital crises resulting from the fall in the rate of profit are not fulminating is the action of the dependency relationship as a form of cushioning, so that we propose as a solution the rupture of the dependent structure through a revolutionary nationalist project.
